The Seeker and The Teacher of Light
What are the steps typically used in healing?
There are typically 2 steps involved.
First, invite in harmony for the cells that are causing the disharmony. Realize that all cells within you have their own consciousness and want to do what is right, but they may not realize they may be causing disharmony. Thus, inviting in harmony with the disharmony is what is required.
Second, bring your vibrations to the I AM level. To do this, there is need to remember that your true essence is I AM. Thus, Joachim often teaches one to rethink I AM: “I AM rethinking – rethink I AM.” In the above statements, Joachim uses the concept of “rethinking – rethink.” This set of words energetically produces a pause, and invites the person to re-evaluate the words “I AM.” The objective of the pause is to allow the person to come to the realization of the true meaning of I AM. When the person realizes who he or she really is (I AM), the vibration level goes up.
Why does Joachim often say “I am rethinking – rethink my thoughts within thoughts within thoughts”? or “I am inviting thoughts within thoughts to rethink with me”?
That is because you are your thoughts, but may not realize it.
Two related phrases Joachim teaches are:
“I am my thoughts” and “I am rethinking – rethink my thoughts.”
One can even repeat the statement by saying:
“I am rethinking – rethink my thoughts within thoughts”
and by repeating the “within thoughts” 3 times, 6 times, and 9 times. Since you are your thoughts and are creating with your thoughts, repeating the “within thoughts” 3 times, 6 times, and 9 times brings you back to your original thought creation and vibrational level, and empowers you to be your Divine I AM. This repetition is written below for better understanding:
3x: I am rethinking – rethink my thoughts within thoughts within thoughts
6x: I am rethinking – rethink my thoughts within thoughts within thoughts within thoughts within thoughts within thoughts
9x: I am rethinking – rethink my thoughts within thoughts within thoughts within thoughts within thoughts within thoughts within thoughts within thoughts within thoughts
The next step is to say:
“I AM in Harmony with my thoughts I AM”
“I AM in Harmony with my own disharmony”?
and
“I AM owning my thoughts I AM.”
Thus, you take full responsibility and ownership for your thoughts.
The concept of who you are may be embedded deep in the recesses of your mind, especially through many lifetimes. As you rethink your thoughts within thoughts within thoughts – multiple times – you reach a level where you realize your true nature.
What are the effects of your thoughts on healing?
Sometimes healings can be hindered by one’s thoughts.
These can be thoughts about commonly accepted outcomes of a disease (e.g., cancer, etc.), or thoughts of blame as the cause for a problem, or unresolved disagreements that have become chronic. Taking ownership of those thoughts is a first step. Thus Joachim recommends:
“I AM responsible for my healing thoughts.”
Is it important to call a disease by its proper name?
Giving a label to a dysfunction helps to solidify the dysfunction. The dysfunction then becomes a part of the body, part of you. It will then have its own life. It becomes “my diabetes” or “my migraine,” or whatever the condition might be.
Rather than give it a name, refer to it as an activity, or use another word to describe the condition. Do not empower the condition. A person can say “my cancer” and the doctor will say, “With your cancer, you can expect to live 6 months.” The cancer will then have its life, and your life is now limited.
I often feel stress. Should I try to harmonize stress?
Sometimes healings can be hindered by one’s thoughts. These can be thoughts about commonly accepted outcomes of a disease (e.g., cancer, etc.), or thoughts of blame as the cause for a problem, or unresolved disagreements that have become chronic. Taking ownership of those thoughts is a first step. Thus Joachim recommends:
“I AM responsible for my healing thoughts.”
I often lack self-confidence. Is there anything I can do?
Since many persons have given over their power to others throughout their lives (teachers, bosses, governments, religious leaders, etc.), their self-esteem is low. They do not understand their Divine lineage—that they are I AM and a thought creation of God. As such, they have a hard time saying that they are “amazingly delightful” or “I love myself” or “I am excellent.”
Thus, Joachim teaches people to say, “I am amazingly delightful” or “I love myself” or “I am loving myself” (this means a continuous state of loving oneself). When the thought of “amazingly delightful” or “love myself” registers with the individual, the vibrational frequency automatically goes up, as seen by dowsing.
What is the 3-6-9 concept, especially as related to affirmations?
3-6-9 Is embedded in all the key creation symbols. Nikola Tesla—the inventor, engineer, and physicist who invented Alternating Current (AC) generation and transmission technology—used 3-6-9 to help bring in the creative energies in many of his amazing inventions. The numbers have significance in terms of creation, enlightenment, and who we are. In the chapter on 3-6-9 in The Seeker and The Teacher of Light, you will read that at our core, we have the energies of 3-6-9.
Joachim teaches that when affirmations are repeated three times, six times, and nine times, they are significantly augmented with the energy of the Divine. When a person is “stuck” in bringing in understanding of an important concept to enable healing to occur, Joachim will ask that person to repeat the affirmation (or a portion of the affirmation) three times . . . pause . . . then six times . . . pause . . . then nine times. This sequence invariably allows the person to break through the blocks of understanding so that healing can occur.
Why did Nikola Tesla state “If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have the key to the universe” and what is the connection between 3-6-9 and the symbols of creation: Aum, Bagua, Yin Yang.
The 369 numbers are associated with the structure of the torus. The torus is the fundamental structure of creation. The creation of all matter is based on the spiraling motion of light in a torus. This also creates a harmonizing measurable subtle energy. The energy is also present when the numbers are written as units: III IIIIII IIIIIIIII . The same energy is detectable in other key symbols of creation such as the Sanskrit Aum, the Yin Yang Symbol, and the Bagua. A chapter in The Seeker and The Teacher of Light is devoted to this concept. Understanding the nature of creation helps us to understand I AM and how I AM is everything.
In many of Joachim’s affirmations, you are often instructed to state your full name. Why?
Typically, at the end of many of Joachim’s affirmations, to bring the vibration to the I AM level the person is instructed to state:
“I AM self-correcting my evolutionary thoughts creations 100% 24/7 I AM [Full Birth Name] I AM.”
There is power in your Full Birth Name. You came into this incarnation to live your life for its various purposes, and were gifted with your Full Birth Name as your identity. Stating that identity brings you into alignment with your I AM. You feel that impact as you state your full name, followed by “I AM.” (Other versions of your name may carry attachments from those who gave them to you.)
Sometimes when I use my pendulum, it does not easily rotate. What can I do?
Be sure to overcome inertia by starting the pendulum swinging in a to and fro motion. Sometimes pendulums do not swing if you are not in harmony, resulting in restriction of flow of energy in the body. To overcome this problem bring yourself into harmony. The best way to do this is by the following technique:
The beginning of Joachim’s Harmony Dowsing affirmation is an excellent way to achieve balance. In that affirmation, women invite the left brain and right brain to join together with the heart. Then they invite the right brain and left brain to join together with the heart. Men would do the same, but reverse the order, starting with the right brain and ending with the left brain.
When making these statements, it helps to spread your arms out and bring them together as you unite the left brain, right brain, and heart to come together. This affirmation section will be described in detail in the Harmony Dowsing affirmation found in The Seeker and The Teacher of Light.
