Securing Your Resonance: Step 1
There are three steps involved in order to be sure you are in optimal resonance with your personal energies/vibrations, which is especially important for dowsing, and also in determining your vibrational level. The first step is to bring your brain and heart into harmony, as described below. The second is to bring yourself to the I AM vibrational level (which can be found here). The third is to harmonize any possible environmental factors that might affect you and your dowsing (which can be found here).
Right Brain / Left Brain Exercise
Hold your hands out to the side and then bring them together in front of your heart while saying each on the following lines:
“I AM inviting Every Thought within my left brain and my right brain to join together with my heart I AM”
“I AM inviting Every Thought within my right brain and my left brain to join together with my heart I AM”
This exercise can be done anytime you think you might be out of balance, not just before dowsing. It is also a beneficial practice to start every morning.
